Description

The production technology of Nuvole sparkling wines combines the traditions of French winemaking and modern methods of Russian winemakers. The series is produced using the reservoir method (the Charmat method). This means that the fermentation process takes place in large tanks (acratophores), which allows for the production of large batches of sparkling wines with stable taste and aroma indicators and makes them more accessible to a wide range of consumers. For the production of Nuvole sparkling white brut, grapes of the following varieties are used: Bianca, Crystal, Pervenets Magarach, Chardonnay, Aligote, Müller-Thurgau, Platovsky, Rkatsiteli, Viognier, Grenache, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Krasnostop Anapsky, Pinot Gray, Riton, Merlot, Rhine Riesling, Sauvignon White, Traminer Pink, grown and harvested in our own vineyards of the Taman Peninsula of the Krasnodar Territory. The color is light straw with shades from greenish to golden. The aroma is developed, subtle, with well-defined floral tones.
