A series of sparkling wines from PGI “Kuban. Taman Peninsula" "Melange" (trans. connection) - samples of high-quality Russian sparkling wines from the largest winery in Russia "Kuban-Vino". The main feature of this series is a bright mixture of different grape varieties, which include Aligote, Bianca, Pinot White, Citron Magaracha, Traminer Pink, Saperavi. They will definitely pleasantly surprise you with their soft and balanced taste, thanks to the careful proportions in the blend of sparkling wines. Wines are produced by the tank method - Sharma, which means that the fermentation process takes place in large tanks (acratophores). This technology makes it possible to produce sparkling wines with stable flavor and aroma characteristics.

Sparkling wine brut white "Melange" is a blend of grape varieties Aligote, Bianca, Pinot White, Citron Magaracha, Traminer Pink. In the glass, the sparkling refreshing pale lemon color with greenish-gold hues. The harmonious aroma enchants with dominant floral tones and complements the refined taste with subtly fruity-floral notes and pleasant sourness in the aftertaste.
