Description

The exclusive Chateau Tamagne Heritage series of wines features natural wines distinguished by distinct aromas and flavors that tie together and reflect centuries of history, modern production technologies, and a reverent attitude toward winemaking traditions. Each bottle embodies the rich heritage of the terroir and the spirit of winemaking on the Taman Peninsula, whose winemaking history dates back to the 6th century BC. Chateau Tamagne Heritage sparkling wines are elegant examples that will enchant with their bouquet and add a touch of sophistication to festive dishes. The Charmat tank production method combines the traditions of French winemaking with modern Russian winemaking techniques. Grapes are harvested at 16-18% sugar content, and the pressing process is gentle, without rubbing, to avoid extracting polyphenols from the skins. The fermentation process takes place in acratophores, which allows us to produce batches with stable flavor and aroma characteristics that will appeal to everyone's tastes.
