SPARKLING MAKITRA
Specifications
Description
Sparkling wines “Makitra” are a series made from grape varieties Bianca, Pinot White, Citron Magaracha, Traminer Pink, grown on the terroirs of the Taman Peninsula, washed by the waters of the Azov and Black Seas. The line got its name in honor of Mount Makitra, located near the winery’s vineyards, which offers the most favorable view of all the splendor of the peninsula. To produce drinkable, refreshing sparkling wines for every day, the popular Charmat method was used, when the fermentation process of wine material takes place in large tanks (acratophores), which allows the production of large batches with stable flavor characteristics, accessible and understandable to a wide range of consumers. The Makitra series will be an excellent accompaniment to most buffet snacks and light dishes, and elegant and thin bubbles will serve as a reason for a good mood.
