"Intermarium. Riesling-Chardonnay" is an aged dry white wine from the ZNMP "South Coast of Taman", the result of a subtle dialogue of two noble European varieties: Rhine Riesling and Chardonnay. Each of them goes through an independent path: fermentation and aging on fine yeast sediment in stainless steel with the addition of an oak component and regular batonnage for three months. Then - assemblage and another 12 months of aging, already in a single sound, in the arms of oak.
