Specifications
Description
Wine with PGI "Kuban. Taman Peninsula” dry white “Angels and Demons. Cabernet
The name of the series emphasizes and reflects the essence of the idea - to show two different characters of one grape variety. For the manufacture of the wine pair "Angels and Demons", the Cabernet Sauvignon variety with an age of 21 years was used, from which the classic red dry and rare white dry are made.
The production of still white wine from red grapes is a unique experience for both Kuban-Vino and Russian winemaking in general. The approach itself, which is based on controlling the contact time of grape juice with the skin of the berry, is quite popular among winemakers, but few people in the world produce white wines.
Dry white wine "Angels and Demons" goes well with light meat dishes, duck and goose liver, fish, seafood, various types of cheese, nuts.
