Aged wine Intermarium Cabernet
Specifications
Description
The Intermarium series is a story about the land between two seas, the quiet power of the southern sun and wine born on the border of the elements. Here, where the grapes absorb the energy of the coast and the richness of the soil, wines with character are born - mature, multifaceted, honest. For those who seek a taste with depth and meaning. Intermarium. Cabernet is an aged red dry wine from the South Coast of Taman National Park, created from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from ten-year-old vines. A special technological processing scheme, including must removal, fermentation on pure yeast cultures and gentle irrigation of the "cap", allows for the maximum disclosure of varietal characteristics. After the completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine material is aged for at least 16 months at a controlled temperature - without the use of oak, in order to preserve the freshness and natural structure of the wine.
