Kuban-Vino technologist Tatyana Kholodova became a prize winner of the All-Russian Winemakers Competition

In Novorossiysk, the results of the annual winemaking competition "Young Vine" were summed up, which brought together 36 representatives of the industry from three regions of Russia: Krasnodar Krai, Crimea and Stavropol.

This year, the competition tasks were devoted to a greater extent to the technology of producing white wines. The participants were assessed by the chief oenologist of "Kuban-Vino" Artem Vasiliev, the chief winemaker of "Chateau Pinot" Olga Aursalidi, the director of winemaking of "Abrau-Dyurso" Georges Blanc, the leading researcher of the Research Institute "MAGARACH" Yakov Volkov, the representative of the IOC in Russia Margarita Pankratova and the head of the wine materials workshop of "Usadba Divnomorskoye" Victoria Avdeenko.

Based on the results of all tests, the technologist of "Kuban-Vino" Tatyana Kholodova took the honorable second place. The first place went to Maria Patsyuk, a representative of the Crimean winery "Belbek", the third place went to Artem Simonyan from the winery "Levokumskoye" (Stavropol Krai). All winners received scholarships for training from the companies OOO MSK "Metallstroymash", "Vinorus.Vinotech", "Os-Alko service".

The "Young Vine" competition has been held for the seventh year in a row. During this time, more than 150 specialists have taken part in it. The goal of the competition is to identify talented young winemakers and create conditions for their professional growth.
