Sparkling Terroir Kuban
Specifications
Description
Sparkling wines "Terroir of Kuban" is a unique style of the Taman Peninsula. Each sample is a reflection of the terrain, soil and climate in which the grapes were grown to create them. The design of the labels reflects the natural curves and relief lines of the vine as a symbol of viticulture on the Taman Peninsula. The warmth, uniqueness and color of the southern terroirs allow you to plunge into the distant past, without losing touch with the progressive present. The grapes of Pinot White, Bianca, Aligote, Tsvetochny, Muller-Thurgau for the series of Russian sparkling wines "Terroir of Kuban" are harvested from August to September, when the berries reach optimal ripeness. Processing takes place in a delicate mode so as not to extract polyphenols from the grape skins, thus retaining even more aroma and taste during vinification. After clarification of the must by flotation, the wine material is immersed in stainless steel acratophores for fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C, followed by removal from the yeast sediment. Sparkling wines of the Terroir of Kuban series are extraordinary, charismatic samples that will decorate a festive table or a wonderful gift.
