Description

The creation of the MERNOUAR wine series was inspired by the beauty and incomprehensible mystery of the Black Sea (Mer Noire translated from French as "Black Sea"). The wines of the line embody the philosophy of its hypnotic waters, which hold many secrets. Diving into the depths of MERNOUAR wines with each new sip reveals new associations and emotions hidden within its tastes and aromas. The presented varieties become a revelation that inspiration can be found in the most unexpected places.

Russian wine from the ZNMP "Yuzhny Bereg Taman" aged dry red "MERNOUAR. Merlot" is made from selected Merlot grapes. Primary processing was carried out using the "red method". The unique organoleptic properties acquired their final frame thanks to 12-month aging with oak and micro-oxidation. After aging, the wine was blended.
