Chardonnay. Makitra Selection
Specifications
Description
The Makitra Selection series is a wine-story, a wine-history. It takes us back to those ancient, mysterious times when mythical creatures gathered on Mount Makitra, a place of power in Taman, to hold their "symposium" - a joint wine drinking, accompanied by philosophical conversations. Each label of the series has a hidden idea, so the characters depicted on them are not accidental.
Russian wine from ZNMP "Yuzhny Bereg Tamani" aged dry white "Chardonnay. Makitra Selection" is made from the grape variety of the same name, harvested in August when the desired sugar content is reached. The grapes are carefully crushed, cooled to 15-16 ° C and gently pressed to 0.8 bar. The must is clarified and fermented on yeast at 16-18 ° C in steel tanks. The wine is aged in contact with oak for at least 12 months to achieve a penetrating depth of organoleptic characteristics.
Aged dry white "Chardonnay. Makitra Selection" is a lush, powerful, but at the same time delicate wine with wonderful freshness and sun glare in the glass. Medusa Gorgon, depicted on the label and personifying the Chardonnay variety in this version, characterizes its features in the best possible way.
