Welcome Forum

On January 30-31, 2024, the Ural Forum of restaurateurs and hoteliers was held at the Malachite congress hotel in Chelyabinsk.

Welcome Forum is one of the largest events in the world of restaurant and hotel business in the Urals. Over the five years of its existence, more than 3,500 representatives of the HoReCa industry took part in it. The mission of the forum is to help businesses increase profits, find reliable and interesting suppliers, and make restaurant and hotel income more stable.

The Kuban-Vino winery acted as an official partner of the forum. At its stand, the company presented new products and exclusive wines from the Chateau Tamagne, Vysoky Bereg and Aristov brands. The guests appreciated the quality and variety of tastes of the samples presented.

Also, wines from the Kuban-Vino winery became the ideal accompaniment to the author's gala dinner, which featured 7 courses of dishes dedicated to the most recognizable places and events of the Southern Urals.
