The All-Russian competition of cavists was held in Moscow with the support of the winery "Kuban-Vino"

On May 31, in Moscow, as part of the events of the Russian Retail Week 2023 forum, the final of the VII All-Russian Cavist Competition was held. Elena Krutova (Hyperglobus, Vladimir) became the winner of the competition this year. The second place went to Alena Podkolzina (VELD-21, Moscow), the bronze medalist of the competition was Vladimir Glukhov (independent participant, Moscow).

This year, the participants of the 7th All-Russian Cavist Competition were judged by a panel of judges chaired by the founder and president of the AKP Alexei Solovyov. The jury members included Arthur Sarkisyan, Alexey Plotnikov, Irina Godunova, Wanda Botnari, Evgeny Lukyanchuk, Alexander Fomichev, Sergey Aksenovskiy, Maria Milovidova, Galina Budnikova, Elena Kuzina, Roman Tabakov, Sergey Antonov, Marina Moiseyak.

The competition is the only competition in Russia among cavists who have practical work experience. According to the results of the correspondence stages, 20 participants from 8 cities of Russia entered the 1/8 of the competition. A total of 124 applications were submitted from cavistas, wine cellar managers, sommeliers, training managers, brand ambassadors, managers of wine trading companies from all over the country.
