"Kagor" from the Kuban-Vino winery became the leader in the rating of Russian liqueur wines
Roskachestvo presented a rating of liqueur wines of Russian production. The annual study was conducted within the framework of the Wine Guide of Russia, created jointly with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.
Fortified liqueur wine "Kagor" 2023 from the winery "Kuban-Vino" took the first line of the rating, having received a high tasting score according to GOST. Experts appreciated the purity of color, intensity of aroma, as well as a balanced taste.
For the production of Kagors, winemakers of "Kuban-Vino" use selected red grapes grown in their own vineyards of the Taman Peninsula of the Krasnodar Territory. The color of the drink from intense red to ruby; the aroma is rich, bright; the taste is harmonious, with velvety fruity notes. The sugar content in Cahors is 140 g / dm3, alcohol - up to 16%.
Cahors is a thick, rich wine with a classic aroma and taste typical of this type of wine. Orthodox believers traditionally associate Cahors with such significant holidays as Christmas and Easter. In Russia, this wine has gained popularity due to its winning combination of aroma, with a predominance of black currant, and taste, in which tones of prunes and chocolate are intertwined.
Every year, on the eve of Easter, the Kuban-Vino company conducts the consecration of Cahors. This ceremony is carried out at the beginning of the bottling season and is held according to all the canons. The significant event always takes place in the presence of the management and employees of the winery, emphasizing the importance of traditions and the spiritual component of the wine production process.
