Kuban-Vino Winery Presents New Aged Wine "Kagor"

The Kuban-Vino range has been expanded with a new dessert aged wine, Cahors, produced from the 2023 harvest.

The wine is made from the Ancellotta variety using the traditional Cahors technology, which includes heating the crushed berries (pulp) to 65°C, which promotes a more active release of coloring and tannins from the berry skin into the must. At the final stage, tank aging was carried out for at least 16 months. As a result, the wine acquired a rich color, expressive character and rich structure. The taste is extractive, with soft astringency, velvetiness, with tones of dried prunes, currants, cream and chocolate.

The dessert aged wine Cahors will be appreciated by lovers of classics and traditions. The wine will be an excellent decoration for a family dinner and church holidays. All Kagors produced by Kuban-Vino are sold already consecrated. The ceremony is held at the winery every year in accordance with all the canons.
