Russian sparkling wine from ZNMP "South Coast of Taman" aged brut pink "Intermarium" is made from noble grape varieties: Aligote, Rhine Riesling, White Pinot, Black Pinot, grown in the winery's own vineyards. Sparkling is made in the traditional French Rose style, which is the most popular among connoisseurs all over the world. In the production of aged pink brut, the classic technology of secondary fermentation in a bottle is used, with aging for at least 9 months after the end of fermentation.
